Saturdays with Lisa
Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more alive and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better. Mindful movements linked with breath create a strong sense of self knowing.

Everyone is welcome! Expect mindful movement, exploration of poses, and a connection to your breath. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a more adventurous beginner, there is a little something for everyone.
BALLET AND BARRE WITH NATACHA
Wednesdays - 7am
45 min class
Move with grace & embrace your inner ballerina.
A total body ballet workout that works and tones muscles to improve strength and flexibility for every body.
No previous Ballet experience is needed.
STRENGTHEN AND RESTORE WITH LISA
This class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Bridging a gap between a strong flow with alignment cues and more somatic movements with deep stretches make this class unique and grounding. A level 2+ class.
