GENTLE YOGA WITH PROPS

Mondays with Lisa-Via Zoom (Venmo Payment and receive the link each week)

5:30-6:30pm 

We will use props in this class. Experience gentle movement, breath practices, and grounding poses to calm and soothe

OUTDOOR VINYASA  FLOW

Every other Thursday with Natacha

6-7pm

This yoga class is based on constant flow linked with breath, and full body awareness. Move, breathe, be!

This class takes place outside at a private location in Napa.

Address will be given once you sign up for the class.

This class will resume in 2022, can't wait to practice with you again!

MORNING VINYASA

Saturdays with Lisa -Via Zoom (Venmo payment and recieve the link each week)

9-10am

Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more alive and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better. Mindful movements linked with breath create a strong sense of self knowing.
