GENTLE YOGA WITH PROPS with Lisa

We will use props in this class. Experience gentle movement, breath practices, and grounding poses to calm and soothe your body and mind.

SATURDAY MORNING FLOW with Lisa

 

9-10am

This practice is a level 1-2 flow that helps to ground you in the moment and connect to your body.

Mindful movements linked with breath create a strong sense of self knowing.
