This class was from March 27th 2021. This is an active flow that will challenge your body as well as your mind. I always like to encourage the use of blocks and any other props for your practice. In this particular practice, we will work on our hands a lot so prepare your wrists for some active work!

This gentle and supportive practice is soothing for those who are in recovery from low back / sciatic pain and ready to easy back into a physical practice. This yummy yoga sequence is also great for those looking for solid preventative care and injury prevention! GENTLE YOGA FOR ALL OVER TENSION RELEASE with Lisa
Grab all your props for this grounding and tension releasing practice. We start on our backs and work our way up into some gentle mobility work and then back down again. You will need a strap and two blocks. Optional blanket and pets for extra support and coziness.
